Our Story
RJS Machine Works was founded in 1993 and incorporated in 1996 by Ron Szewczyk. The business began in a rented garage equipped with a manual lathe and mill, built on over 40 years of experience in the Tool and Die industry.
From the beginning, Ron established the company on the principles of trust, quality workmanship, and fair pricing. As the business grew and machining technology evolved, RJS Machine Works expanded while maintaining a steadfast commitment to quality over quantity.
Ron fostered growth by investing in his employees, encouraging professional development, and building a collaborative work environment that values skill, accountability, and pride in craftsmanship.
